Processing an order takes 2-5 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Standard shipping is 4- 15 business days, depending on the product and shipping destination.
We usually deliver worldwide within 3-10 days after order was processed.
Delivery time vary according to the country and the freight company used. Warehouses are located worldwide and packages will ship according to availability and customer’s location. For questions regarding shipping, please contact us at email@example.com .
Occasionally, there is a need to send an order in two or more parcels. Shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping fees for subsequent parcels for the same order.

Don’t Tease Me is not responsible for any kind of additional fees/taxes applied by the recipient’s country or local delivery companies.
Fees include (but not limited to): customs, storage, handling & service, other tax, etc. will be taken care of by the customer.
Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving the products. If 15 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be coordinated with our customer support agents.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Requests to return items in situations where there was no fault of ours, need to be first approved.
NOTE: in such a case, original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and will be deducted. Moreover, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the item/s back to our warehouse.
All retuned items must be shipped via trackable services. The tracking code will serve as a proof of shipment, and also as a proof of receiving.
Custom made items (items that are manufactured/ordered per customer’s specification) cannot be refunded/replaced/returned due to their special nature, excluding a fault on the company’s side.
Refund will be given in the following terms:
- You did not receive your order
- If the item is significantly different than described or shown in the site
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refund is granted or not at all (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.
Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making the order and the order has already been shipped out.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. We will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charged before we can resend the package again.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a few amount of days.
Lost / Damaged by USPS
Don’t Tease Me is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All returns made after free shipping was received due to a promotion/volume sale, will be subjected to shipping charge back for domestic orders. All international orders are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
