Q: What currency is used on our store?
A: Our base currency is USD, in some geographical locations a different currency is presented, but it is based on USD. Payment is always in United States Dollar.
Q: I have placed an order for various items and I have received multiple shipping confirmation emails, why?
A: We do our best to ship all items in one package. Since we operate internationally and work with various warehouses located worldwide, two or more parcels might be shipped containing your order. Don’t worry, we charge only for the first package for the same order.
Q: How much time does it take to deliver?
A: Standard shipping time is between 4-15 business days, depends on the product, your location and availability.
Note: popular items in high demand might take longer to deliver.
If your order has yet to arrive and the estimated delivery time is close to its end, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
Q: I want to return an item and get a refund, what should I do?
A: We will provide a full refund only under the condition the item has arrived damaged or you have not received your order (package is lost, pending, delivered to the wrong address).

Q: Can I change the shipping address after I have placed an order?
A: In case the wrong address was inserted or you’d like to change the address for any other reason, please contact our customer support via email ASAP. In case your order wasn’t shipped yet, or dispatched to the sorting center, we will do our best to alter the shipping address.
Q: Is my personal info protected?
